Store Policies

Terms and Payment: In order to process your order, we require payment in full at the time of your online purchase. We accept Paypal, cashier's checks, personal checks, and money orders.


Return Policy: McNeely Girls wants their customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you may return your merchandise within 10 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. You will also be responsible for all shipping costs incurred to return your merchandise.


Delivery: Purchases of accessories or small pieces of furniture may be shipped to you directly by UPS or FedEx. In most cases, you will receive these items within 2 weeks. Certain items may require delivery by a common carrier specializing in furniture delivery. These items will generally be shipped within 3 to 6 weeks of your purchase. These time periods are only estimates based upon past experience. We are not responsible for manufacturer delays or changes in shipping dates. If your items are not delivered UPS or FedEx, a representative of the common carrier that will deliver your item(s) will contact you to arrange delivery. Experienced furniture deliverymen will assemble any pieces and place the item(s) exactly where you want. Please notify the carrier in advance of any special delivery conditions and to ensure that the furniture will fit through doorways, stairways, hallways, etc.


Sales Tax and Use Tax: McNeely Girls will collect sales tax for North Carolina customers. Purchases by customers of other states may be subject to a "use tax." You are encouraged to consult with your own tax adviser or revenue officials concerning the state and local tax laws in your jurisdiction.


Damaged Shipments: Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier.  If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the delivery person has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier, but we will assist you with your claim in any way we can.


Limited Warranty: We will repair or replace, at our option, any defective merchandise at no charge. Defects caused by abuse or negligence are not covered. We do not warrant the wearing ability, color-fastness, stretching or shrinking of furniture or accessories, as they are not guaranteed by the manufacturer. Colors may vary somewhat due to dye lot variations. We do not warrant color and grain variations in wood and leather. Additionally, the inherent characteristics of fine woods affect how they absorb stains. As a result, we cannot ensure the matching of related pieces or various surface stains on the same item. Natural products such as fossil stone, marble, and granite are expected to have inconsistencies in color and grain. Fillers are often used to enhance the surface beauty. These characteristics are within industry standards and are acceptable and we make no warranty with respect thereto. Glass, mirrors and metal finishes may be subject to small seeds, slight areas of discoloration, minor surface or subsurface scratches. Inconsistent weld points are inevitable in furniture hand crafted of metal. These characteristics are within industry standards and are acceptable and we make no warranty with respect thereto. Except as expressly set forth herein, we make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to items purchased by you, including but not limited to, implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability. We specifically disclaim any such warranties.
