Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do I make a purchase?  McNeely Girls makes purchasing easy.  Just click on the photograph of the item you'd like and you'll be directed right away to the appropriate product page, where you can click the "add to cart" button.  At that point, you'll have the opportunity to "continue shopping" or to "checkout."  When you checkout, you'll be directed to another page where you'll asked to fill out some information for us - your name, billing and shipping addresses, telephone number, and email address.
   
2. What methods of payment does McNeely Girls accept?  Customers can pay by credit card through Paypal, by money order or by personal check.
3. Is it necessary for me to have a Paypal account if I want to use a credit card?  No, you can use a credit card without a Paypal account.  When you select Paypal as your payment option, you'll be directed to a page that allows you to use your Visa, Mastercard, or Discover.  Just enter your account number and expiration date of the credit card you'd like to use.
   
4. How will my purchase be delivered?  Accessories and small pieces of furniture will be shipped by UPS or FedEx.  Larger pieces of furniture will be delivered by an independent, in-home furniture delivery company.  Experienced deliverymen will bring the furniture to your home, place it in the room you designate, and take all packing materials away.
5. When can I expect my purchase to arrive?  That depends on the product and its method of delivery.  If you purchase an accessory or small piece of furniture that can be shipped via UPS or FedEx, it will be shipped within 2 weeks.  If you purchase a ShoeHorn product, you can expect to receive your custom purchase in 3 - 4 weeks.  If you select upholstered furniture and/or large wood furniture, you can expect delivery in 3 - 6 weeks. 
   
6. How will I know when my delivery will be made?  McNeely Girls will forward your contact information and shipping address to the independent carrier that will be delivering your new furniture and they can contact you in advance to arrange delivery.  
7. Do I have to pay sales tax?  McNeely Girls is only required to collect sales tax from customers that reside in North Carolina.  Purchases by customers residing in other states may be subject to a use tax.  Please consult your tax adviser.
